I'm Angel, but feel free to call me Star or Starkriix!I'm a furry multifandom digital artist from Colombia, I do freelance work half time while studying graphic design, and I'm hoping to start studying 3d animation once I graduate!I absolutely LOVE drawing sexy curvy women so if that's your taste feel free to follow! By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service. Please read them carefully!These terms of service are subject to change and any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me. Feel free to contact me if there's anything that isn't clear.I pride myself on the quality of my work and won't rush myself to deliver any commission, I ensure to deliver a high quality illustration every time, this means my commissions aren't first come first served. The delivery time will depend on the complexity of the commissioned artwork.I have the right to turn down any commission, at any given moment for any given reason.
Communication
Please keep in mind: I'm currently living and working in Colombia (GMT - 5), which means I'll be working on commissions, replying to messages and answering questions about prices during working hours of my country (8:00am to 6:00pm). There will be times where I'll be working while I'm in Argentina (GMT-3), this will be notified publicly on all of my art accounts, Carrd, Trello and to my current clients via a mass message.If you wish to commission or do a trade with me please make sure your first messages gives me that information, while I try to reply to all my messages I will not pay attention to yours if it's just a "hi". Payment
At least 50% of the commission has to be paid in order for me to start the commission process, otherwise a commission will be put on hold. I won't be sending any unwatermarked artwork unless payment is completed. Commissions that have been fully paid up-front will be prioritized.Please keep in mind that I will ALWAYS send you an invoice when payment is processed through Paypal, I do not accept money through friends and family and I do not use my paypal.me for commission purposes.Please keep in mind that I don't take Ko-fi donations as commissions. Make sure to use the commission section and pay over there if using Ko-fi. If you made this mistake do not worry, but keep in mind that I will not be able to process a refund if this happens.If you are commissioning me through VGen, keep in mind that all payments will be processed via VGen and I have little to no control over them.If you are commissioning me through Fiverr, keep in mind that all payments will be processed via Fiverr and I have little to no control over them.
Process And Revisions
I'll send you one or more sketches of the character or characters that you have commissioned, we will either approve one of the sketches or I'll make changes with the posing, expression, clothing or overall vibes of the drawing with your feedback. Changing characters mid-commission has a fee you must pay if you wish to change the character(s) portrayed.Any other changes requested are free of charge, but please keep in mind that big changes mean the delivery time may take longer than originally expected.After the sketch is approved, I'll start working on the lineart and colors. I will send you an update to make sure no changes are needed. At this point any big changes will be charged unless they were my fault for not following the references correctly.I'll start working on rendering (if necessary) and if the commission wasn't paid fully up-front I'll be sending you the second invoice to be able to finish the commission completely.Please let me know beforehand if you're going to publish any sketches or WIP pictures I have sent to you, feel free to do so but a heads-up is greatly appreciated.With most YCH commissions I will only be sending a quick update with the lineart and colors, or won't send an update at all. This will depend on the complexity of the YCH.
Deadlines And Estimated Turnaround Time
* Currently my commission process is slow and turnaround times are slower than usual as of July 18th, 2024. I've been having technical issues with my devices and I'm busy doing paperwork for college and healthcare. I am not accepting any more work due to this to make sure I can deliver owed artwork even if it takes me longer than expected. I appreciate the patience and understanding.
If you need the artwork commissioned to be delivered before a specific date, please reach out to me before placing the commission. I may or may not be able to accommodate my QUEUE and working hours to deliver the artwork on time, and depending on the deadline and type of artwork I'll be charging a rush fee up to 50% of the original price. Please keep in mind that this fee does not apply to commissions for events such as:
New year's eve.
Valentine's day.
Pride month.
Halloween.
Christmas.
Other events I clearly announce on my social media.
My estimated delivery time is roughly between a week and three months depending on the kind of artwork commissioned, and I will give you an estimate of how long it would take on your commission depending on complexity. I may take longer on a piece even if it was commissioned before another. This will depend on if it's more complex or has more characters portrayed. Keep in mind that my commissions are not first come first served.If any untimely matter occurs or events appear without me knowing, you will most likely be notified via direct messages if you are a current customer. If for some reason I miss your chat, I tend to post updates on my life on my main platforms (Twitter, this carrd and Trello). This way, you will never be left in the shadows. If all of the above misses, you can always reach out to me. I am human and while I do my best with communication, outside factors may affect it.
Delivery

I'll deliver the finished artwork when the following conditions are met:
You are satisfied with the results and no more changes need to be made to the artwork commissioned.
100% of the payment is completed.
I have an email address to send the finished artwork to to avoid compression issues.
You will get with the final delivery:
The full high quality artwork as a PNG file.
The full high quality artwork as a JPEG file.
You must pay an extra to be able to get the original file and or commercial use, exact amounts will be disclosed with me and my clients privately. You can expect these to be an extra charge above 50% of the original price of the piece but may vary.Other things such as GIFs, MP4 files and other will be delivered depending on the type of commissioned work.Feel free to ask me for transparent versions of the artwork commissioned.
Refunds
* I am currently not offering refunds on the orders I have to complete as I need the money to pay for health expenses and have already used a part of it - If you wish to be refunded, please let me know so I can refund you as soon as I have money available.
Refunds are available if:
I haven't started the commission after the following month after payment.
I haven't finished the commission.
The money is needed due to economic problems. *
*If you need to be refunded due to economic problems but still wish to continue the commission in the future, please let me know so I keep the original file for as long as needed. We will set an approximate date to continue the commission process. If by this date I don't recieve any kind of payment, I will delete the original file unless you contact me. You will not be blacklisted, you will be greylisted instead. Future commissions won't be prioritized. If this is a repeating issue, you will be blacklisted.
Refunds are NOT available if:
I have done 50% or more progress on the commission (specified on Trello).
The commission is an emergency commission.
Keep in mind that once I refund you, you are NOT allowed to use the progress pictures I sent in any way, shape or form. The original file and pictures will be permanently deleted, and any sketches will be re-purposed either as personal art, adoptables, YCH's or other future artwork of mine. If you are found using the progress pictures of a cancelled commission you will be immediately blacklisted.
Copyright
When commissioning me, you are paying for me to illustrate what you want to see come to life. You are paying for the labour of my work and you will own the digital piece you commissioned me, but you do not automatically have comercial rights over said piece. Any artwork I make is of my intelectual property and I may use it to promote myself or my business.My commissions are for personal use only. No commercial use allowed unless it's paid for. You may not profit from my art by any means. You can do the following as long as I'm being notified and credited:
Make prints and use it for personal use.
Turn the artwork into keychains, earrings, notebooks and more for yourself or to give as free gifts.
You can resize or crop the artwork to make icons, wallpapers or decorate your social media as long as you credit me in said social media.
USING MY ARTWORK FOR ANY KIND OF NFT OR AI RELATED BUSINESS WILL LEAD YOU TO BEING BLACKLISTED.ALTERING MY ARTWORK WITHOUT HAVING PAID FOR THE ORIGINAL FILES WILL LEAD YOU TO BEING BLACKLISTED.If you wish to have complete commercial use you must pay extra. Exact ammounts are discussed privately with my clients, you can expect these to be an extra charge above 50% of the original price of the piece. Paying for commercial use will give you the right to:
Profit from the artwork selling prints and products such as but not limited to: Stickers, notebooks, prints, enamel pins, embroidery, clothing, keychains, etc.
Using it to promote your business in any way or use it to represent your business.
Any activity in which you use my art for any kind of financial gain.
Freely using the artwork inside and outside the internet at any given moment, for any given reason.
