TERMS OF SERVICE

General

These terms have been last updated as of June 19, 2026.By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service. Please read them carefully!These terms of service are subject to change and any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me. Feel free to contact me if there's anything that isn't clear!I pride myself on the quality of my work and won't rush myself to deliver any commission, I ensure to deliver a high quality illustration every time, this means my commissions aren't first come first served. The delivery time will depend on the complexity of the commissioned artwork.I have the right to turn down any commission, at any given moment, for any given reason.

Communication

This is a shortened version of my terms of service (T.O.S)! If you don't understand something here or are curious about how something works, please see my actual T.O.S . Keep in mind I will always send you the original version of my T.O.S instead of the shortened one if you decide to commission me!

Payment

I accept payment through paypal, ko-fi and vgen!
At least 50% of the payment must be made upfront, but fully upfront payment is preferred.

Process

Once I recieve at least 50% of the payment I will start working on your commission! Keep in mind the stages are:✦ Initial sketch (or multiple sketches if needed)
✦ Lineart
✦ Coloring
✦ Shading (if it applies)
✦ Rendering (if it applies)You may ask for any kind of changes before the coloring stage! changes after I have finished the coloring will come with an added fee unless it was a mistake I made.Once you are satisfied, you will recieve a PNG file (or multiple if asked) with your finished piece!

Turnaround times

Currently my turnaround times are slow as all hell due to some complications I've had with my working devices and my physical health, this section will be updated once I am done with all the medical stuff I need to be able to work properly!

Refunds

I will only be able to give a full refund if I haven't started your commission within a month of recieving the payment, and a partial refund if I haven't gotten to the coloring stage, after that I will not offer any refunds.There may be certain situations where I'm okay refunding someone if I have already started a piece or proceeded with coloring, but it's a case-to-case scenario.

Copyright

Once you commission me you are allowed to use the piece however you like under personal use copyright! feel free to use it as a profile picture, background, or post it on your own social media!If you look for commercial use it comes with an additional fee which will be discussed privately before I start working on your piece.
